Aproveitem!

I’ll get back in the past a little to contextualize this diary. Having a working abroad experience was something always present in my professional plans.

Over the past 5 years I’ve got involved with an organization called AIESEC which I was the National Marketing Director here in Brazil. After 1 year working in São Paulo I decided to foster this experience abroad.

After sending my CV, being tested and interviewed, I’ve being accepted by Alcatel-Lucent, a giant telecommunications company and AIESEC’s global partner.

My challenge would be to live a little bit longer than 1 year in Bangalore, India and work as Communications Executive. My job would be to support the development of the Corporate Communications department, plan and execute internal branding campaigns: all this in a giant company which still suffers the effects of a recent fusion.

I’ve got excited immediately and started studying a lot everything possible about India. This made me more excited and I decided to create this blog to register and share this and other adventures to come. Enjoy it!
